BIOTAQ DNA polymerase 500U Ref: M95801B
Product Description
BIO TAQ is a high-performance thermostable DNA polymerase, isolated from Thermus aquaticus YT-1 as described by Kaledin (2). BIOTAQ is a robust enzyme with very high activity, which produces excellent yields in primer extension and other molecular biology applications. BIOTAQ is specially purified to remove traces of DNA that can interfere with some reactions. BIOTAQ is supplied with 10x NH4 -based reaction buffer, (that provides superior results with minimal background,) and a separate solution of 50mM MgCl2, which allows users to tailor-make reaction conditions to particular needs. BIOTAQ has outstanding activity - some users find that as little as 0.1 unit is enough for their reactions - which makes BIOTAQ one of the best value polymerases on the market.
