3-39, Crude Ascites Clone: 3-39 Isotype: IgG1 Kappa This monoclonal antibody detects amino
acid residues 50-65 of ubiquitin. It is reactive to ubiquinated paired
helical filaments. This antibody is reactive only to ubiquinated
protein, not to free ubiquitin. Clone 3-39 can be used on native or
detergent extracted tissues and the epitope is resistant to proteolytic
enzyme treatment. This antibody is highly reactive on formalin fixed
tissue.
