Molecular Mass
|
l
Approximately 18.8kD.
|
Purity
|
l
≥97%,
as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC method. |
Endotoxin Level
|
l
≤1EU/µg,
determined by the LAL method.

NFS-60 cell line. The specific activity
shall be not less than
0.8×108IU/mg.
|
Formulation
|
l
Lyophilized from a 0.2mm
filtered solution of 10mM Acetate Buffer.
|
Reconstitution
|
l
It is recommended that sterile ddH2O
containing at least 0.1% human serum albumin
or bovine serum albumin be added to the vial
to prepare a stock solution of not less than
1
mg/mL
of the cytokine.
|
Storage
|
l
Lyophilized samples are stable for greater
than six months from date of receipt at -20℃
to -70℃.
l
Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be
stored under sterile conditions at 2- 8℃ for
up to one month without detectable loss of
activity.
l
DO NOT FREEZE AFTER RECONSTITUTION!
Loss of activity has been observed upon
thawing. |
