with human progesterone receptor protein, and exhibits a nuclear
staining pattern. In tumor tissue the 1A6 antibody reacts strongly with
epithelial cells of breast cancers and human noeplasms derived from
other progesterone-dependent tissues, while in normal tissues it reacts
with mammary glands and uterus.
