PPV antibody ELISA Test Kit
Brief The porcine parvovirus (PPV) ELISA test kit is used for the detection the porcine parvovirus antibodies in swine serum; assessment the immunity conditions against porcine parvovirus in the pig farm; investigation epidemiology of the porcine parvovirus. The test kit is made from the antigen coated microplate, HRP goat-anti-pig IgG, and other reagents; it applies the indirect ELISA principle to test the antibodies against porcine parvovirus in pig serum. Principle The test kit is the antigen coated microplate made through the inactivation, purification and concentration of the porcine parvovirus. In the test, the diluted contrast serum and sample are added, then incubate. If porcine parvovirus specific antibodies exist in the sample , it will be bound with the antigens on the microplate, Remove the unbound antibodies and other components by washing. Add IgG-HRP to specifically bind with the compound of antibody and antigen on the microplate. Then the unbound conjugates will be removed by washing. Then add the TMB substrate to the well, react with HRP to a blue product. Stop the reaction by adding HF solution, measure the OD630nm value.
