reliable, and affordable. PAP Detection is an indirect method that
labels with Horseradish Peroxidase. It is particularly useful for
samples that contain endogenous biotin which may result in troublesome
background “noise” if stained with avidin-biotin complexing reagents.

with PAP detection reagents.
