Description:
The pAcSec1 vector contains the signal sequence of acidic glycoprotein
gp64, which is the most abundant surface glycoprotein of AcNPV. The gp64
signal sequence is one of the most effective leader sequences known in
baculovirus. When the expressed protein is transported across the cell
membrane, the signal peptide is cleaved and the native protein can be
easily purified from the culture medium.
