Specific Enolase (NSE) Clone: BBS/NC/VI-H14 The SIGNET anti-NSE monoclonal antibody
reacts with gamma gamma enolase, MW 46 kDa, and gives positive staining
of neurons of the brain, islets of Langerhans cells of the pancreas,
peripheral nerves of the skin, carcinomas, pheochromocytomas,
neuroblastomas (Hughs I & II), insulinomas, "APUD"omas and
rhabdomyosarcomas. This monoclonal antibody reacts with NSE from man,
dog, guinea pig and rat specimens.
