C Virus (HCV) Clone: Tordji-22 Isotype: IgG1 The SIGNET anti-HCV monoclonal antibody
reacts specifically with hepatitis C virus. TORDJI-22 is specific for
the non-structural region of HCV (NS3-NS4). A granular staining pattern
is observed in the cytoplasm of infected cells. No cross-reactivity with
hepatitis B surface antigen or Hepatitis A has been detected. The
sensitivity and specificity of TORDJI-22 have not been rigorously
defined, and confirmation with molecular techniques or serology is
advised.
