Clone: 10D12 Clone 10D12- Signet’s ERAB clone 10D12
antibody is specific for the recombinant human ERAB protein (27kDa). The
clone 10D12 recognizes the endogenous ERAB protein in extracts from
cells with virtually no cross reactivity to other human proteins in
immunoblots and ELISA assays. Clone 10D12 is an excellent mitochondrial
marker in human cells. The 10D12 epitope has been mapped to “PADVTSE”.
