This monoclonal Cytokeratin, High Molecular Weight (Clone 34bE12) antibody reacts primarily Isotype IgG1, Kappa with complex epithelium such as squamous, ductal and transitional epithelium and corresponding tumors. It also reacts with benign small-acinar lesions of the prostate however it does not react with hepatocytes, pancreatic acinar cells, proximal renal tubes, endometrial glands, nervous tissues and mesenchymal tissues such as blood vessel, smooth muscle, skeletal muscle and dermis. Cytokeratin, 34bE12 cross-reacts with human, monkey, rabbit and horse.
