Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Polyclonal This SIGNET polyclonal anti-CEA antibody
gives positive staining of parenchymal cells of the fetal liver,
scattered parenchymal cells of adult liver, neoplastic cells of
hepatocellular carcinoma, neoplastic cells of some cases of cancer of
the pancreas, breast, stomach and uterus, neoplastic cells of colonic
carcinoma and "intestinal" elements within germ cell tumors. There is
equivocal staining of doubtful significance in occasional cells of
benign prostatic hyperplasia, tonsil and thyroid. |
