Bacterial DNA isolation kit for preparation of PCR-ready DNA from pathogenic bacteria. The BUGS’n BEADS™ kit extracts bacteria from complex solutions like food and clinical samples, hence "removing" PCR inhibiting components found in these substances. The bacteria are immobilized onto the beads and separated from their original solution. Lysis is then added and DNA is immobilized back onto the magnetic particles. With this process you have isolated DNA from pathogenic bacteria present in your solution and can further continue with a PCR analysis.
